As a specialist in weight reduction and confidence building I recommend taking more exercise to almost every client. Exercise makes us feel great physically and mentally.
Yet, even though we know it's good for us many people find it really hard to get started. I wrote this hypnotic recording especially for Hello! readers to help get you moving, to help you take that first step towards making exercise a regular part of your daily routine.
I also think it's important to say that there are hundreds of different ways to get your body moving so why not do more of what you already love - if you like walking include a half hour walk when you go to buy a sandwich at lunchtime, if you like dancing find a dance or aerobics class, if you like being alone you might find running works for you! It doesn't matter what you do as long as you do something.
