Who doesn't want to be happy?
I wrote this Hypnogogo because so many people asked me help them be happier.
Happiness can sometimes seem like such an elusive thing when we are caught up in the strains and stresses of everyday life.
This walk to wellbeing helps you focus on yourself and all the things that are great about you. It asks you to think about what happiness means to you and how you can create more of it in your life.
You might be surprised by how happy you already are!
